Joining is quick and easy — choose whichever works best for you:
- Scan the QR code on menus or table tents.
- Visit our websites: tower7.com or k38bajagrill.com and click “Join Live.Eat.Surf Rewards.”
- Sign up during checkout on the Toast handheld or when placing an online order.
- Sign up through the Local by Toast app and follow the prompts.
How do I earn points?
- You earn 1 point for every $1 spent (excluding tax and tip).
- Use the same phone number, email, or linked credit card each time so your visits automatically count.
- Earn points whether dining in, ordering online, or picking up.
How do I check my rewards and points balance?
You can see your points and available rewards anytime through:
- The Local by Toast app (your digital loyalty card lives there).
- The link you receive in your welcome email or text message.
- Digital receipts, there’s a rewards link at the bottom.
- A Check My Rewards link on our website (coming with launch).
How do I redeem my rewards?
Redeeming is simple:
- If you pay with a linked credit card, you’ll automatically be prompted when a reward is available.
- Our team can look up your account at checkout using your name, phone number, or email.
- For online orders, you can apply rewards at checkout through Toast Online Ordering.
What rewards can I earn?
Here are the core rewards at launch:
- Sign-up bonus: Free small dip just for joining.
- Birthday reward: A special birthday treat during your birthday week.
- 100 Points: Free large dip.
- 200 Points: Free Local Favorite Menu Item.
More rewards and seasonal offers will be added in the future.

- Points may take a few hours to appear.

Can I earn and redeem at any location?
Yes! Points and rewards can be used at all Live.Eat.Surf restaurants, including Tower 7 and K38 Baja Grill.
